Introduction to Ayurveda
Kayla Miller is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and RYT-200 Yoga instructor practicing and educating her community in San Jose and the South Bay Area. Kayla has always had a passion for holistic health and healing, and discovered Ayurveda through Body Temple Yoga™ School during her formal 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with her teacher, Daniella Cotreau, which she completed in December 2016. It was during this time that Kayla had the profound realization that to be able to transcend her own imbalances, she first had to become aware of them. She recognized that before she could go out and heal others, she must first learn how to heal herself. Kayla went on to study Ayurveda at The California College of Ayurveda, which soon confirmed that she was on the right path, and that Ayurveda was meant to be her area of study and practice. Kayla is honored to educate and share this beautiful, ancient wisdom with her community, and to raise the vibration of our world through the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda. Kayla wishes to serve clients who are open-minded, passionate, and motivated to dive deeper and learn more about themselves, fostering the ability to make lasting changes in their lives. Kayla hopes to be a guiding light for others as they step onto their path towards health and healing, and to serve her clients with an utmost passion and dedication to them meeting and going beyond their desired health goals.
